Package: libid3-3.8.3c2a
Version: 3.8.3-10
Severity: important
File: /usr/bin/id3info

Hi,

libid3-3.8.3c2a contains several utilities (and manpages).
This is usually frowned upon in Debian, as it makes (future) library
transitions painful, because the two library packages can't be installed
in parallel due to file conflicts. See also [1].

I'd suggest putting those utilities into a separate package.
They often use a -bin or -utils suffix.

Cheers,
Michael
