They were not, thanks for the hint. Package: linux-headers-2.6.32-trunk-686 Version: 2.6.32-5 Package: linux-image-2.6.32-trunk-686 Version: 2.6.32-4 I just upgraded the linux-image package to 2.6.32-5 and, hopefully, things will come back to life soon. I wonder how this can even be possible....:-(...Aren't these situations where linux-image and linnux-headers packages do not fit suppsoed to not happen?
