Package: tech-ctte The maintainer address for grub and grub2 points to a mailing list which bounces mail from non-subscribers. (There may be some exceptions to this.) I believe this is contrary to policy ยง3.3. This was reported in bugs #563761 and #563763, but Robert Millan responded to #563763 refusing to fix it.
Please direct the GRUB maintainers to change their mailing list
configuration to accept mail from non-subscribers (optionally with human
moderation and reasonable automatic spam filtering).
