Hi! As opposed to usual Debian packages, when the flashplugin-nonfree package is installed and up-to-date, this does not imply that the installed flash plugin is up-to-date. Given the strong security implications due to the high exposure of the plugin, it is very important that all users of the package are aware of that updates of the plugin are not automatic. Now, I just learned this, and I really don't think it is completely obvious.
So I think it would be a good idea to document it, for example by adding an appropriate README.Debian, pointing the user to the update-flashplugin-nonfree script. I also think a short warning in the package description would be appropriate.
