Interesting observation. I can confirm that I see the problem with the extra blank space and the failure to update (that is, "xclock -d -update 1" doesn't actually update unless the clock is obscured and revealed) when my LC_* environment variables are: LC_MESSAGES=C LC_NUMERIC=C LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 LC_TIME=C but not if I unset LC_TIME and leave the others as they are. - Anne -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAktAs+oACgkQwi82URPCSX4luwCfYQYGiM8mazUuRsErowYupvIA V+gAoIUNOPGFpZ6jelUwXS1LwZGTJFMe =5o5y -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
