Hello: I'd like to point out that this turned out not being an apt-cacher-ng bug. Even _import dir was already g+s chmod'ed and apt-cachger-ng group owned, that looked not enough. I chown'ed to apt-cacher-ng as well and now files are actually removed after the import.
