No. cmake generates Makefiles. So prior and post cmake run at configure step
makefile::check_auto_configure("configure") will return different results
(false prior, true after) unless we don't fix current flaw in it. So my
current code won't work.
Therefore, my idea is to move "feedback evaluation" to build system itself
rather than Dh_Buildsystems. Patch coming today, changes will be rather minor.
