There should never be abn RPATH to /lib, /usrf/lib, /lib/arch-os-libc
or /usr/lib/arch-os-libc.

Isn't the only valid use of RPATH /usr/lib/<package>/...? With
multiarch maybe also /usr/lib/arch-os-libc/<package>/....
