Here is a link to my edited version of a PPD file for an IBM Proprinter II.

I have tested it both on a real IBM Proprinter II as well as on a Panasonic KX-P1180 printer in IBM Proprinter II emulation mode (DIP switch #1 in the "on" position). It seems to work just fine. Of course, it's not supported by anyone, including me. Use it at your own risk. But it may help someone trying to get some flavor of IBM Graphics Printer derivative, or an emulation thereof, to work, either under Lenny or Squeeze.
