The rcompgen source package (binary: r-cran-rcompgen) has been incorporated
into the main R package (source: r-base) a while back.
Sources to the standalone rcompgen package are still available at
http://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/rcompgen/
but this add-on package is no longer needed as the functionality is provided
directly with R.
