Again, why do you report that to info and not to emacs? Reassigned.

Bug in gnupg, the file is named gnupg1. Cloned and reassigned.

Where do you have these files from? I only have cpp-4.3 and cppinternals-4.3

The problem is that emacs-23 is installing that one into the Texinfo section
which is wrong, it should be installed into the Emacs section.
