What do you guys think of the following suggestion: We keep the logo, but make
it a lot easier (and somewhat more prominent) to disable it: A simple option -N
to make-fai-nfsroot should do the trick. This would mean:

- Call make-fai-nfsroot -N instead of make-fai-nfsroot. Arguably an additional
burden, but only a really tiny one. Hopefully Holger is happy.
- It gets documented in the man page, which makes it a lot easier to notice than
in the extensive FAI Guide. Hopefully Henning is happy.
- It would still be there by default. Thomas is happy.
- I'm calling make-fai-nfsroot from within a script so either way is fine for
  me. /me is happy.

Best,
Michael
