Looks like it was built last week and now is waiting for someone to verify the build: <http://experimental.debian.net/new/architecture.php?suite=experimental&a=i386>. If you would like a version to test against, there are i386 binary packages at <http://collab-maint.alioth.debian.org/xz-utils/>, but it might be better to wait for the official ones.
