Hi François,

I'd say it _is_ a bug, because the perl-based "rm" (safe-rm) is used by all
system tools (if configured so). Where the original "rm" is prone to perl
failures, safe-rm's rm is not and can lead (and lead me) to upgrade failure.

The problem is that safe-rm replaces rm for all users, human and non-human
ones,
where having aliases for human users only is probably a good idea and could be
rather easily be implemented in safe-rm.

But then, I'm not the maintainer :-p

Regards,

OdyX
