Package: bibletime Version: 2.0.1-1+b3 Severity: normal
While installing a bunch of modules, bibletime takes 100% of CPU during the "Preparing install" phase. While the progress bar slides from 0 to 100%, CPU usage dips. The laptop is running pretty hot just to do FTP downloads and file moves. Is there a delay loop that does something equivalent to 'while (1)' without a call to sleep between iterations? --mark-- -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-maggie-9 (SMP w/2 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages bibletime depends on: ii bibletime-data 2.0.1-1 Documentation and data for bibleti ii libc6 2.9-25 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libclucene0ldbl 0.9.21b-2+b1 library for full-featured text sea ii libgcc1 1:4.4.1-1 GCC support library ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 D-Bus module ii libqt4-test 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 test module ii libqt4-webkit 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 WebKit module ii libqt4-xml 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 XML module ii libqtcore4 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 core module ii libqtgui4 4:4.5.2-2 Qt 4 GUI module ii libstdc++6 4.4.1-1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libsword8 1.6.0+dfsg-1+b3 API/library for bible software bibletime recommends no packages. bibletime suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
