Ok, I am able to reproduce the problem now, I think I've got an idea
on how to solve it. I have a question, is there a document where I can
read more about init script LSB headers ? Actually I want to add a
dummy dictd init script (instead of a symlink), but I want to set the
Default-Start field in such a manner that it does *not* start on boot
(ie. no rc?.d/SXXdictd symlink to be created)
