it looks like cupt can't handle Provided packages properly. I've tried to get the B-D of sooperlooper installed through “cupt build-dep sooperlooper” as well as manually installing through “cupt install liblo-dev” but both failed. Indeed, the “search” operation on that package returns nothing. Transcript follows.
