Package: backup-manager
Version: 0.5.8-2
Severity: normal

The installer of backup-manager (dpkg-reconfigure backup-manager)
should prompt for the setting of BM_USER and BM_GROUP.
Otherwise, one can experience a silent bug with scp in certain situations.

Best.
