Yes. I'm working for creating glibc 2.3.5. Contrary to my expectation, it seems putting glibc 2.3.5 into unstable needs more days. The current experimental glibc needs more patches to compile with gcc-4.0, and we need to check glibc 2.3.5 on 13 architectures including ppc64. I'm hard to declare the exact timeframe to upload 2.3.5 for etch. But, I'm on vacation and I'm at Debconf5 - I can spend extensive time in this week. > The bug currently causes util-linux and loop-aes-utils to FTBFS in > unstable, and I can confirm that building with libc6-dev from > experimental works fine. OK. 2.3.5 will be appeared at last - please wait a bit with your kindful patience. Regards, -- gotom -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
