First things first, there's no libavutil.so.50 in Debian, so wherever this comes from, you need to clean this up. Once this is out of the way, we can track this down if the problem still occurs. Please ensure your ffmpeg packages are of Debian origin, too. The alignment problem might very well be the issue indeed. It's astonishing that nobody reported it yet, unless there's been some recent code changes in ffmpeg's Vorbis support. The fix should be pretty straightforward.
