Yes. Then that's not a bug you see. It only is a bug if you leave a
folder _without_ new mail but mutt still reports new mail for it.

The new behaviour when syncing/leaving a mbox/mmdf folder is this:

     - is there at least one new message that is neither deleted nor
       old: mtime := old mtime, atime := old mtime - 1 (both times old
       mtime, no typo)

     - else use old mtime and old atime

The old behaviour was to always use old mtime and old atime which is a
bug (many people like have got used to). We're working something out
regarding new mail detection for 1.6 which will address this, too.
