Yes, with correct username/password, I got the same error.

If I don't use the "Get Account" function, I can still add the account
manually ok in qt3-wizard. However, I got the the same error when I
try to download balance and/or transactions in Gnucash

Also this post in ubuntu forum indicated the same problem.
