The error is same with "rm -fr ~/.aqbanking".

If I check the "force SSLv3", a "Certificate received" dialog will open
after I input password. If this option is not checked, there will be no
"Certificate received" dialog. Still the errors are same.

I am not sure why your "Get Accounts" button is disabled.
