amdump is also insisting on writing files to /var/log/amanda/server
and /tmp/amanda. This is worse than the other cases because these two
don't seem to be overridable using amanda.conf.

/var/log/amanda/server looks like this:

amlabel.20090426033408008.debug amlabel.20090426033434.debug
amlabel.20090426033408009.debug DailySet1
amlabel.20090426033408010.debug planner.20090512001644.debug
amlabel.20090426033408011.debug planner.20090512003054.debug

and the file it's attempting to open in /tmp/amanda is called
"/tmp/amanda/cheddar.pri._fs_sw.0.errout". I don't think the path
"/tmp/amanda" should be hardcoded, since that path may already exist
and be owned by another user (as is the case here).
