Hi, I've heard other users seem to have the same problem. Upstream thinks it's a corrupt qdbm database. How big is your home directory resp. ~/.cache/tracker/? The only way to get rid of the pop up so far, seems to kill trackerd, rm -rf ~/.cache/tracker and restart trackerd. This is obviously not a proper bug fix.
