No, I had to redo all my keyboard shortcuts after every login. But after 
the Xorg upgrade this is not necessary anymore. The only adjustment I 
needed to do was due to a changed symbol (XF86VendorHome changed to 
XF86Launch1).

Just in case it matters, I have "Use system defaults" unchecked.
