Oh, I didn't think about that, I use libqt 4.5 as well, I should have told from the beginning... Have you tried restarting Xfce after deselecting "show frame" and the hidden applications? For once the panel starts working, often it keeps ok.. It's a bit erratic, sometimes it seems working fine, but then I start a second qt app, and there the bug shows up..
