Yes, no: it does it with amarok, skype, wpa_gui, but I've noticed now that if there is the xchat icon, everything works. > What are the systray settings? (right clic on it and then > properties). I've tried and seen that the bug shows up only if I don't select show frame, and there is NOT any hidden application. Basically, if the systray shows the frame, or the button with the arrow to show the hidden icons, everything works. If I toggle them, and restart, the systray gets too small.
