Bug#522114 is a dupe of Bug#521176, please see:

Kalle or psycheye, could you please try libpci3 1:3.1.2-3 to verify that
this bug is fixed.

Julien, the final fix is to bin-NMU pommed now with the version of
libpci3 in testing or wait until the new one reaches testing in about 4
days.
