Thank for the answers. I agree with the tag "wontfix".

The comments I received are quite reasonable and I can make adjustments to the 
configuration we always in use so the problem will be manageable.

We will use fstab for a tmpfs, make slapd start at S18slapd instead of 
S19slapd. I think then amavis will start without a problem.
