The patch from this bug (#509251) is not related to the problem on your
system (see bug #514382).

This reader should be supported at least with libchipcard 4.2.4-1. But I
guess you know this already from #514382 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=514382#25).
