I still experience audacious segfaults every now and then, when listening to Internet MP3 streams. I noticed that it happens above all when there are some partial network problems (network congestion that causes network packets to arrive irregularly, so that the buffer gets emptied out). Sometimes, after a segfault, I also find out that the audacious configuration file (~/.config/audacious/config) was messed up with, and I have to restore it from a backup... -- On some search engines, searching for my nickname AND "nano-documents" may lead you to my website... .....................................................
