When building cddlib a warning is printed:
/usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/patchsys-quilt.mk:92: WARNING: The following
patches are modifying auto-updated files. This can result in serious
trouble:
/build/buildd/cddlib-094b.dfsg/debian/patches/cddlib-shared-library.patch:src/config.guess
/build/buildd/cddlib-094b.dfsg/debian/patches/cddlib-shared-library.patch:src/config.sub
See any buildd log for verification.
So probably config.{guess,sub} are not necessary in the patch and cdbs
can update them while building.
As the *.orig.tar.gz seems to be modified anyway, these files/dirs
should be removed also:
autom4te.cache/
aclocal.m4~
config.log
config.status
