aha. With a better look at the jspwiki.properties file I could have
known....
In the DebConf phase of installation I presumed the baseURL te be a relative
path. Maybe you can hint during setup it should be a FQDN URL?
Sorry for not studying the properties file to fix this myself. So we agree
that this is a misunderstanding and not a bug. So it can be closed or
renamed and retaged as a feature request.

Next step for me will be to find out how to link in my old wikis (multiple)
(v2.2) into the new version.
