Dear Package Maintainer:
I am glad to see netjack included now in the updated jackd package.

However the current version 0.116.1-2 does not actually build with CELT
support. This is because the CELT version in
Debian (Lenny) is not as new as that required by NetJack, as seen in the
./configure output in a pbuilder.

I am not sure what should be done about this as it depends on the plans to
update the CELT library. Clearly, requiring
a strict dependency would not be helpful as it would
prevent the whole package from building instead of just losing CELT support.

So, I hope you keep this in mind as the project continues! Having the newer
CELT support for this purpose would be handy and mean
I would not have to build my own JACK package ... because unfortuately, doing
so is fraught with peril as the Debian dependencies must be addressed ..

Thanks

Robert
