For a long time I wanted to have a project for inkscape on alioth. There are some people who could well work together there and it would take workload away from me. The reason I did not do it yet, is that I wanted to clean up the package and bring it in a proper state before I take care of an alioth project. I guess getting an alioth project immediately would have been better. Salvatore, I go through your package now and prepare an upload for the next few days. Generally, I don't have any objections against NMUs, especially if someone like me is not reacting in time.
