        I do not consider the computer talking to me directly a bug. I
 consider the style to be personable, and the stilted, distant styles
 recommended as being very impersonal and unfriendly.  I base the
 interactions of the programs I write partly on HAL, and partly on the
 interaction style of dist, which is sued to configure Perl.I have
 indeed read, and disagree with, the developers reference in this
 regard.

        kernel-package has been though such a review.

        I am also considering just closing this bug, since I am upstream
 as well as the maintainer for this, and I use the BTS to track TODO
 items.  In this case both the upstream and the maintainer are in firm
 agreement :-)
