Well it is no solution but rather a workaround. Today I would use libstdc++6-4.3-dev (and I actually use this workaround in copies of your tools in the debian directory of my packages). I have no idea how to reliably obtain the version libstdc++6 and thus I would try to discuss the issue on debian-devel. Kind regards Andreas.
