Install the `emacs' metapackage in etch, this will pull in emacs22 in
lenny.

Remove packages providing mail-transport-agent and mailx from the chroot
first. BTW, this problem is not limited to upgrades, it will also
happen in new installs, provided that neither /usr/sbin/sendmail nor
/usr/bin/mail exist.
