Ahem. I sent 58 such mails... Don't expect me to read each and every bug story. As the mail was saying: "you might very well have your own reasons to delay an upload. In such case, please take the mail as a gentle reminder blah blah..." Moreover, beep falls in the category where the maintainer indeed did a call for translations....and got one after the deadline and upload...for which I also specifically warned in the mail. --
