Hi! I examined the contents of the myspell-ru and aspell-ru packages a bit and I found that the russian affix files are (almost) empty. /usr/lib/aspell/ru_affix.dat is empty, except for the lines SET KOI8-R 1 The same is true for /usr/share/myspell/ru_RU.aff, whereas /usr/lib/ispell/russian.aff is just fine. So, something about the build process must be broken. I would be very happy, if this were fixed before the Lenny release, hopefully it will not be that difficult...
