Package: phpbb2
Version: 2.0.23+repack-2
Severity: normal

HTML is not "parsed" by browsers after submitting a message. For example, a
message body "<b>test</b>" will read after submission in the browser
as "<b>test</b>" (with no bold text). HTML is correctly interpreted in the
preview.

I noticed this on a lenny server I co-admin. I was able to reproduce when I
setup a test install on my lenny laptop, so I reproduced on 1 machine on 1
tested. If anyone is unable to reproduce this, I can try investigating.
