A bug found in -4 and fixed in -4 will always be found, regardless, as
found overrides fixed.

That said, if you have more recent versions of this actually happening
I'd be glad to look at them; these examples are a bit stale. [If not,
I'm going to close this bug, but as always, feel free to reopen if you
ever come up with new examples.]
