I'm not sure that that's the right thing to do, but I can see pluses and minuses. It is a possibility to treat forwarded like I treat tags, found, and fixed versions, and merge the set of forwarded set on the bug. However, it's possible that someone has a case where this would be the incorrect thing to do; we already split url-like things on ', ', so that wouldn't be bad, though there is a problem with e-mail addresses. Does anyone have any comments? That said, forcemerge handles this all properly if you know that one bug is set properly, and another should be merged.
