My default browser is sensible-browser, which is set to be epiphany. my .bashrc contains export BROWSER=/usr/bin/sensible-browser
*All* applications open links in epiphany as I want, except abiword which opens in elinks if installed or not at all if elinks is not installed. All other applications' help files open normally whether they are Gnome, Xfce or DE independent applications. Only Abiword is doing this. Suggesting I use Firefox doesn't appear to be a constructive or useful comment to me. I use Epiphany and also have Iceweasel installed. I prefer Epiphany, this is the browser I choose as default in Gnome or Xfce. *Every* application I use respects this with the exception of Abiword.
