Package: libmpfr-dev Version: 2.3.1.dfsg.1-2 Severity: normal Hello,
what is the deal with the mpfrxx.h file? It seems completely unusable (compiling a file that includes it, even if it does not use it, fails with hundreds of errors). It looks like it was written for an earlier version of gmpxx, but even then it seems to be missing fundamental parts. Including mpf2mpfr.h does not seem to help. It looks like it would be better to remove it until a working version is available. Or if I am missing something, the Debian package should include a minimal documentation on how to use it. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (50, 'testing'), (10, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-6-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libmpfr-dev depends on: ii libgmp3-dev 2:4.2.2+dfsg-3 Multiprecision arithmetic library ii libmpfr1ldbl 2.3.1.dfsg.1-2 multiple precision floating-point libmpfr-dev recommends no packages. libmpfr-dev suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
