Actually functionally there is no difference between ACR38U-CFC-BLI
and ACR38U-SPC-FDT.
The difference in the name only indicate the difference in casing
shape, logo design, and packaging.
Both of them are of the same core - ACR38U.
I guess one of your reader, ACR38U-CFC-BLI, is damaged and caused the
problem.
