I don't see any problem with applying these patches now. They will not change anything (execpt the statistics but these are currently just wrong as these two messages are not counted yet). Everyone willing to translate these is free to do so other people can do it later ... PS: I thought yesterday about adding help.txt messages to PO too, but probably doc/po is a better location for these strings (which would not affect current statistics).
