This one is not a crash on startup, but at shutdown, and is a known issue.
It will be fixed in next upload of xulrunner.

Please make sure you don't have another iceweasel process (firefox-bin,
actually) running before running iceweasel, because the crash you are
seeing usually only occurs when iceweasel is already running, and
iceweasel is opening a new window with the existing instance.

Note this crash happening on shutdown, it doesn't prevent the new window
to open.
