Justification: renders package unusable
Current testing version of bind9 uses /usr/sbin/rndc in its
/etc/init.d/bind9 script but this program is provided by bind9utils
and bind9 does not depend on it.
Note: this bug has already be corrected in unstable version of bind9.
So, as soon as I get the bug number for this bug, it will mark it fixed
in the sid version and close it.
I report it to be sure the current testing version of bind9 will not be
included in lenny (with this RC bug).
